Player Registration

CCES Education

Every player including returning players needs to complete the CCES Education prior to spring camp. Please have this complete no later than May 13, 2025.

  • True Sport Clean for new players (1.5-2 Hours)
  • The True Sport Clean Review for returning players (30–45 Minutes)

To complete your CCES Education visit: https://education.cces.ca

  • Returning Players – login in using your email and password from last season (Do NOT create a new account!)
  • New Players – create a new user account by using their e-mail address and a password.

CJFL Registration 

To complete your CJFL registration visit:  https://cjfl.sportngin.com/register/form/324354083

All players are required to register with the Canadian Junior Football League (CJFL). If you are a new player, you are NOT able to register until after signing day on June 1. Returning players you can register after any time after May 1, 2025.

  • Returning Players – sign onto the CJFL Online Registration Form, using your e-mail address/password from previous season.
  • New Players – will be required to set up an account by using their e-mail address and a password.
  • All players MUST be registered by July 1, 2025. If a player does not register, they will not be allowed to practice and/or play in games until registration is complete.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All players MUST register using their legal name noted on their government issued ID issued.

If born outside of Canada players must provide proof of Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residency, or if you have completed two consecutive years of high school in Canada, you will need to provide a copy of your school transcript.

For US and International players, you must provide a copy of your birth certificate from home country and be designated as US or International player. If born out of the country and you have permanent residency or refugee status you are considered a Canadian. A student visa is not sufficient to be classed as a Canadian.  A player in Canada on a Student Visa is considered a US or International player.

For all Players (Canadian/US/International) Authorized ID includes:

  • Passport
  • Birth Certificate
  • Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Resident Card
  • Canadian Refugee Status

*Note: Provincial ID is NOT accepted such as a Driver’s License or Services Card

Health Care Insurance

All players are required to provide a copy of their Provincial Health Card (front and back) to verify their health care number. Additional insurance is provided through the BC Football Conference once registration fees are paid.

International players are required to obtain additional health care insurance prior to coming to Canada.

Registration Forms

Concussion Form:

Please download and print off the concussion form. This form is to be signed and returned to Sue Fournier at westshorerebelup@gmail.com. If are under 19 at the time of signing this form must be also signed by your parents/guardian.

Underage Form (if under 19 at time of signing):

If are under 19 at time of signing, you also need to have it signed by your parents/guardian. Please download and print off the under age player form.

Team Fees

Team fees for the 2025 season are $750 (includes players kit). Player fees must be paid by July 1, 2025, or you will not be allowed to practice and/or play games until fees are paid. If you are experiencing financial hardship and need to make a payment arrangement, please contact Sue Fournier at westshorerebelup@gmail.com.
